pokerall.in is a free, browser-based multiplayer Texas Hold'em poker game. All chips are virtual play-money with no real-world value. No real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary worth is wagered, won, lost, transferred, deposited, or withdrawn on this site. The Service is intended purely for entertainment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16+ in the EU/EEA). The Service is not a gambling product and does not require any verification of legal gambling age. By using the Service you confirm you meet the minimum age above.

We use a profanity filter and rate limiting; deliberate evasion is a violation of these terms.
In-game chips are not currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services, or any other thing of value. We may reset, adjust, or remove anyone's chip balance at any time for any reason without compensation. Chip balances are not your property.
The Service is supported by advertising. With your consent (see the cookie/ads banner) we display ads served by third-party networks. We do not control the specific ads shown to you; please report broken or inappropriate ads to kontakt@futuredom.pl.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may interrupt, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including planned maintenance, redeploys, or shutdowns. Active hands may be interrupted; we do our best to let users reconnect.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we judge to violate these Terms or to harm other users or the Service.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed €10 (ten euros).
The pokerall.in brand, logo, design, and code are owned by the operator. Card face designs are derived from open assets. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service or its assets without written permission.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts competent for the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (EU consumers).
